Be there when teams decide what’s next.

IMA Team Time | Exclusive Solution Partner Invitation

January 27–29, 2027 | Santa Fe, New Mexico

Eight Solution Categories. One Partner Per Category.

IMA is inviting just eight organizations to join Team Time as exclusive paid Solution Partners—one within each area leadership teams will be actively examining during their midyear planning process.

This isn't a traditional exhibit hall.

It's an opportunity to connect with school, district, regional, and state leadership teams while they're examining their own systems, identifying priorities, and determining what tools, expertise, and ongoing support may help them move forward.

$12,500 | EIGHT PARTNERS

Why Team Time Is Different

Team Time is a midyear planning retreat—not a traditional conference.

Leadership teams arrive with their own data and spend three facilitated days evaluating what’s working, identifying gaps, and building plans for what comes next.

Along the way, they’ll examine:

Assessment & Data — Do we have the right tools and processes?
Core Instruction — Is our core producing the outcomes we expect?
Intervention — Are our supports effective and appropriately matched?
Leadership & Implementation — What capacity, expertise, or ongoing support do we need?

You’re meeting teams at the point of planning and decision-making.

One Partner. One Category.

Only one paid Solution Partner will be secured in each category:

Assessment Tools

Data Systems & Decision Support

Literacy | Tier 1 Instruction

Literacy | Tiered Intervention

Math | Tier 1 Instruction

Math | Tiered Intervention

Behavior, SEL & Mental Health

Systems Implementation & Support

Once secured, that category will no longer be available to another paid Solution Partner for the 2027 Santa Fe retreat.

Your Solution Partner Experience

Is this an exhibit or booth opportunity?

No. Team Time does not include a traditional exhibit hall. Solution Partners are integrated into the experience through dedicated sessions and opportunities to connect with participating teams.

What does category exclusivity mean?

IMA will accept only one paid Solution Partner within each designated category. Your category is secured once registration and payment are complete. Category exclusivity applies to paid Solution Partnerships for the 2027 Santa Fe Team Time retreat. It does not prevent IMA facilitators, participants, or educational content from referencing other evidence-based resources, organizations, approaches, or products.

Does Solution Partner status mean IMA endorses our product or service?

No. Solution Partner status identifies your organization as the exclusive paid Team Time partner within its designated category. It does not constitute an exclusive organizational or product endorsement by IMA.

What happens during our Solution Partner Sessions?

Each partner receives two dedicated 30-minute sessions. You may demonstrate a product, introduce a service, share implementation examples or evidence, and help teams understand how your solution may address relevant needs.

Sessions should be educational, evidence-aligned, and connected to authentic implementation needs.

Who attends our sessions?

Teams will select among concurrent Solution Partner Sessions based on their own priorities and interests. Sessions are not mandatory or pre-assigned.

Who participates in Team Time?

Participants attend as leadership teams within three pathways: State & Regional, District & Network, and School & Site. They'll be examining evidence, identifying priorities, strengthening alignment, and developing actionable plans for the remainder of the year and the following school year.

How many organizational representatives are included?

The partnership includes participation for two representatives.

Can we share materials with participating teams?

Yes. Solution Partners may provide an approved digital resource for participating teams. Additional opportunities and specifications will be included in final partner logistics.

Are meals included?

Applicable meals and refreshments offered during your Thursday–Friday Team Time participation are included for your two registered representatives.

Are travel and lodging included?

No. Partners are responsible for their own travel and lodging. Information about the available Team Time group-rate hotel option and onsite logistics will be provided.

Can we hold a category without registering?

Categories are secured through completed registration and payment. Because only one position is available in each category, availability may change as partnerships are confirmed.

What if we're not sure which category best fits our organization?

Contact teamtime@MTSSassociation.org before registering and we'll help determine the most appropriate available category.
