Help Lead the Work
Apply to Facilitate IMA Team Time
January 27–29, 2027 | Santa Fe, New Mexico
Applications Due September 11, 2026
IMA is building a multidisciplinary team of experienced facilitators to support leadership teams during Team Time: From Data to Direction.
This is not a call for conference presenters.
We are looking for people who can work alongside state, regional, district, network, and school leadership teams as they examine evidence, strengthen systems, navigate complex decisions, and turn priorities into actionable plans.
If you know how to move a team from conversation to meaningful action, we want to hear from you.
Applications close Sept 11 | Applicants notified Sept 18
Strong candidates bring:
Deep knowledge of MTSS, implementation, and evidence-based practice;
Experience facilitating educational leadership teams;
The ability to ask strong questions and guide productive problem solving;
Skill navigating disagreement and building consensus;
A collaborative approach to working with other facilitators; and,
A commitment to helping teams build their own capacity—not simply providing answers.
Facilitators will support one of three Leadership Pathways:
State & Regional | District & Network | School & Site
Selected facilitators will work directly with teams and collaborate with one another to create a coherent experience across the retreat.
