“Professional development literature confirms that job-embedded training is more effective than ‘sit-and-get’ professional development. I think that the International MTSS Association Directors have found a way to effectively provide that type of training in one central gathering place. I love the idea of gathering for the purpose of making a difference in the lives of countless students. This is what excites me the most!”
